Registration

Please fill out the interest form to express your interest in enrolling in one of our childcare centers.  Completing this form will place your child on our waitlist. Seats are limited and fill quickly, when a seat becomes available for your child, we will reach out to you in order to complete the intake paperwork.

    • Your child’s original, legal birth certificate 
    • Proof of child's wellness visit dated within the last 12 months
    • Your child’s immunization records 
    • Proof of address

  • Early registration ensures that all necessary paperwork is ready and prepared for your child on their first day. In addition, space is limited, so early registration is highly encouraged. A waiting list will be used once capacity is reached.

  • Your child may qualify to receive financial assistance in early childhood education. For more information on the following programs/qualifications please call (812)330-7830.
